New Microsoft Surface Products are on the way per Korean certifications:
- Models 1960/1961: (Pro 8 / Pro 8 LTE)
- Models 1950/1951/1952/1953/1958/1959/1978/1979 (Laptop 4):
Based on the multitude of model numbers for the Laptop 4, I expect both AMD APU and Intel TigerLake based systems across the 13″ and 15″ sizes. Now lets hope that the 15″ comes with a larger battery this time…

The new Surface Laptop will be a useful spec bump either way: Tiger Lake in place of Ice Lake and Zen 2 or 3 (depending on which CPU model they choose) instead of Zen 1+. The physical design was redone last refresh so I don’t expect much change there.
The new Surface Pro 8 is potentially more interesting. In addition to a spec bump, it may get a physical redesign to something more like the Surface Pro X, with smaller bezels and a space for the flat Pen. The SP7 was just a spec bump over the SP6, so that design is a bit more dated than the Laptop.
